If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hydra, we offer hassle-free, 30-day returns.

Returns are FREE for all UK orders.

For International orders we are unable to to offer free returns due to complexities with International returns logistics. We are also unable to refund any shipping paid for international orders.

Currently our returns system does not allow for exchanges. If you want to exchange your item please re-order the desired item and we will refund your original order once we receive it back with us. This will also ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a refund the following criteria apply:

• Items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached (where applicable) and with their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• If the value of the remaining items that aren’t returned is below the free shipping threshold for the selected service this will be deducted from your refund.
• Any additional payment made to upgrade shipping to an express service is non-refundable. For orders under £59.99 refunds will only cover the standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 fee of £4.00, for orders over £59.99 there will be no refunds on any shipping amounts paid.

Refunds will be rejected if the returned items show signs of use or wear. Items that are missing their original tags and/or packaging, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is authorised, it will be promptly credited back to your initial payment method. While the processing on our end is immediate, it might take up to 72 hours for the refund to reflect on your statement. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, kindly get in touch with us for further assistance.
