Where can you ship to?

At checkout we currently only offer shipping to:

• Mainland UK
• Channel Islands
• Isle Of Wight
• Northern Ireland
• Europe (certain countries)
• USA

For international shipping please contact us for a quote if your country isn’t listed at checkout. 

All of our international orders are shipped with UPS Standard service, all Taxes and import charges will be calculated at checkout.
There should not be any additional customs charges on your order.

When will my order to arrive?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day! Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

UK orders are shipped using one of the following services:

• DPD (1-2 working days)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (2-3 working days)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-4 working days)

We do our best to get your order to your selected carrier as quickly as possible. Occasionally an order may be delayed by a day or two during transit which is regrettably out of our control.

International orders are shipped using UPS Standard or Express Air services. We take care of VAT and customs duties prior to delivery, so there should be no delay or unexpected fees when your order reaches customs.

How do I track my order? 

You can track your order using the link or tracking number found in your order dispatch email.

Can I amend my order?

f you need to cancel or amend an order please get in touch as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can amend or cancel your order right away. If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will need to wait until it has been delivered to arrange a refund or exchange.
