Longer Cuff Design

The Hydra BGV2V gloves are a unique ‘hybrid’ design offering you the longer cuff feel of a lace-up glove with the convenience of a Velcro hook and loop closure system. Hydra’s multi-layered foam padding has been battled-tested and offers exceptional shock absorption to safeguard your hands, knuckles and wrists.

Vintage Design

Hand-crafted with premium quality leather and a throwback brown leather finish, the Hydra BGV2V gloves combine traditional design with modern styling. The gloves feature an attached thumb for additional protection and a durable Velcro strap, with embossed leather patch, to ensure optimal comfort.

Built For Longevity

The pre-curved design and internal grip bar promotes proper fist formation, enabling powerful strikes with minimal risk of injury.

Built to withstand the demands of rigorous training, these gloves are the perfect companion for all Muay Thai enthusiasts, from beginners to seasoned fighters.

Hydra Gloves Size Guide

Our Muay Thai gloves are available in sizes 8oz to 16oz.

The greater the weight of the gloves, the more padding they have which leads to a larger size. However, there is only a small difference in the size of the internal compartment of the gloves, so you should not pick a weight based on the size of your hands, but rather the activity they are intended for.

The best person to advise on what size gloves you should buy is your trainer. If in doubt, 16oz gloves are a safe bet as they can be used for everything.
